Cooperation with other local and international organizations Print E-mail
The Children’s Theatre Centre as a cultural organization with serious engagements and activities, shows flexibility and openness towards external cooperation that is cooperation with various local, regional and international organizations which have the same or similar goal in their programs.

Examples for such cooperation which are relevant for the Children’s Theatre Centre are:

  • The Workshop “It Is A Question of Point of View” in cooperation with the Peuple et Culture, Paris and the German-French Office for Youth. Participants in this workshop which is held in three countries in three phases, are the actors from Macedonia, Germany and France and the workshop, through theatre, aims at presentation of the differences, that is the similarities among three different cultures and ways of living and finding common point of view.
  • Our Neighbourhood Theatre is a joint project between the Search for Common Ground and the Children’s Theatre Centre. The heroes from the well-known TV series “Our Neighbourhood” who have successfully shown and proved that it is possible to live together, become closer to the children through theatre and the plays written by young playwrights. This way, children are assured that friendship and cohabitation exist and are possible to exist. The performances are played in all languages and translation for the rest of the children is provided.
  • “Children’s Puppet Theatre” is also a project of the Children’s Theatre Centre and Search for Common Ground. Through the puppet shows which are especially enjoyable for the children from 7 to 9, a number of examples for overcoming the conflict situations faced by children in their everyday life with special emphasis to the interethnic relations are presented. These shows are played in all languages in 12 cities in Macedonia.

All projects mentioned above are implemented on the basis of previously made research with the children.
